Flexible Binding Options

Union Offset's bindery is equipped with modern finishing equipment, enabling all work (lock/ burst/ perfect binding, saddle stitching, comb, wire-o binding, plastic coil binding, section sewing and side stitching) to be completed in-house. This ensures we retain control over quality and scheduling throughout the entire process.

We also have a film laminator which enables clients’ covers, brochures and posters to be gloss/matt celloglazed in house.

• A Horizon BQ440 perfect binder
• A Star plus Binder 24 bin perfect binder with collator and trimming unit
• Ten folding machines (MBO, Stahl, Shoei and Challenge)

• Three Itoh guillotines (two with flow lines)
